Doctor Dominator has a stuffed tiger for a mentor by the name of Fred. Doc often talks with Fred about his upcoming matches. Doc has several personalities with the main 2 being a quiet and gentle person who likes to wrestle but always tries to make friends with everyone, and the other one is the complete opposite personality two is where the domination in Doctor Dominator comes from
