Surgeon General #9's Gimmick

Trained by madman turned wrestler, Dr. Sam Shepherd, Surgeon General #9 was a promising upcoming superstar on the independent scene. While wrestling one night in Truth or Consequences, NM, he "accidentally" blinded someone and was sent to an institution for the "criminally insane". While institutionalized, he made friends with Cullen McKnight, The Slabtown Slayer, and Monkey Lee. He also became romantically involved with his nurse only known as Nurse Betty. She broke them out and became Surgeon's manager. What kind of violence will he unleash on the wrestling world? Only time will tell.

Mostly used as a Ric Flair-esque heel character. As arrogant as he is technically sound, Surgeon General #9 cuts opponents down with words as expertly as he cuts his oppoents apart.
