when i started i messed up my build im lvl 12 tech anybody have any tips or anything to help me get my build back on track????

Don't spread your AT out so much. Concentrate on a few and level them up. You don't need pinning bonus, pin opposition and bleeding bonus. Its not as bad as you said, you just need higher SB and SDI. Higher DDI will be cool too

As a tech I use: Powerblow - Increased Resistance - Damage Resistance........use these 3 mostly...I've added mortal sub and sub damage because I was doing well with my exp per match. But I wouldn't suggest you use AT's on them until you get a little higher in level.
